A Flat Heat Transfer Label is a type of label or graphic that is applied to a product™s surface through a heat transfer process. These labels are designed to be thin, flexible, and durable, allowing them to conform smoothly to flat surfaces such as textiles, plastics, metals, or glass. How it works- The label design is first printed or created on a special carrier paper using heat-sensitive inks or adhesives. During application, heat and pressure are applied usually with a heat press machine, which activates the adhesive and transfers the label from the carrier paper onto the product™s surface. The carrier paper is then peeled away, leaving the label permanently bonded.

Vinyl heat transfer label specifications typically require a PU or PVC composition material with a thickness of 90 to 120 microns, an application temperature of 150C to 170C (302F to 338F), and a press time of 10 to 15 seconds under medium pressure.
